Your entremet turned out really well and appetizing =] I am sure you will become better with practice, so you will be good at it in time to come. <br /><br />My 1st layer cake took almost half the day to finish and I was dead beat when doing the washing up. With some practice, I gained more confidence and it wasnt as tiring.
